We just booked our trip last week (with the free dining incentive). The 90 day mark is quickly approaching (we will get there 9/23) and here are my choices: what do you think? I'm quite happy with them, but appreciate any comments:

Saturday- 50's Prime Time for lunch; probably Pecos Bills for dinner

Sunday- Counter service in MK- maybe the new noodle station or Cosmic Rays. Dinner- 'Ohana (can't wait for this one! We LOVED it last time)

Monday- Electric Umbrella for lunch; le Cellier for dinner

Tuesday- Tusker House for lunch; Whispering Canyon for dinner

Wednesday- probably our hotel food court for lunch (as we're going to DtD to shop in the AM); Cinderella's Table for dinner

Thursday- Sci Fi Dine In for lunch; dinner at the airport.

Our party will have my kids in it; hence the more "fun" places at MGM. The trick will be to avoid Pizza Planet area before lunch time so they don't want to eat there. ;)

Sounds like good choices....And we love O'Hana, too!!! We just tried the Sunshine Food area in the land last week and really liked it. We've eatten at Electric Umbrella a few times, but will be going to Sunshine from now on. The strawberry shorcake was really good!!! :flower:

Good choices. We LOVE Ohanas as well. Not crazy about Prime Time though. We found the strict waiter act to be a bit over the top when we were hot, hungry, and tired. The kids at the next table didn't get their soda refills until they took their elbows off the table and our family felt on edge the entire time, like you can't just say "leave us alone, we just want to eat". fun for some, but not for us. We tried Mama Melrose and fell in love with that. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and no "rules" for getting refills. :cool1: Enjoy! :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I chose Electric Umbrella cause there is a salad called Island Chicken Salad (I saw on allearsnet) that looks so good! And they have chicken strips, etc for the kids. We ate at the Sunshine food fair on our previous family trip and I hated having to wait in separate lines for different types of food. (and paying at different places too). Is it still like that, or can you at least pay all together now? The new menus up at allears looks a little too fancy for my kids' tastes. They like their pizza, chicken strips and hot dog fare.

When we went to Prime Time before, I didn't witness any of the over the top behavior from the servers. And the food was so good, I'm willing to put up with it!

Great choices. Your kids will love 50's Primetime, Sci Fi & Whispering Canyon. We have eaten at all 3 and they are very good. You will love LeCellier, it is one of our favorite places to dine at WDW.
