Our Deed is Recorded !!

Just checked the county website and saw our names on the books......Its Official !!! YEA !!!! Our deed is recorded and we are in.

Both of our deeds have been recorded now. We just got our notice for our add-on deed the other day. And we just made our first dues payment yesturday. It is exciting, it's official, we are in. Now all we have to do is wait till we get there, which won't be for a little while yet. We go in June.

Congratulations! I'm just curious where you found the website for the county to see your deed recorded. Do you have the link? We closed October 2nd, and I'd like to check it out. I know they say it takes approx. 2 months from closing to receive your deed, but I would think it might be recorded by now? Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the web site link to Orange County, we closed on the 7th. I looked up our name and sure enough there we are. Its official we own a piece of the magic. thanks again.
