Day 2
Polynesian
Today was the day (the only day, for that matter) that we had a Dining Reservation for breakfast. I got to chose between Chef Mickey's or 'Ohana- and if you followed me on my PTR, you would know which one I picked! If the title doesn't give it away already hehe
Let me just say, I'm so happy that I picked 'Ohana! It was awesome
So, remember how my friend, Cass, was at Disney the same time we were? Well, we were going to try to meet up this day... until I got a horrible text from her.
She told me her grandmother passed away the night before. (She was in WDW with her dad, mom, and cousin) So, her dad was flying back to NC that day, and she wasn't sure if they were going to have to leave to. ):
I felt terrible for her, I would hate to have that happen to me while I was at my happy place ):
I still did have a chance of meeting her that day... or did I?
Back to our morning, we all got ready- and we all wore Mickey shirts, since we knew we would have our pic taken at 'Ohana. We had all woken up early this morning (7:45 haha, I know that's not that early). Our breakfast reservations were at 10:00
So, we left at 9:30

We made it to 'Ohana at 9:45ish and checked in
Where we were taken immediatly to get our pic taken (when we get the photopass CD I'll put it on here)
And then we sat down to wait for our buzzer thing to buzz
And I took some pics of the area around us
^Hehe, ever since I saw that on Michelle's (MHTeacher) TR I've had to take a pic of the guy sticking his tongue out
We were seated about five minutes later- which was 9:50, 10 minutes early woohoo
Our table was right by where we sat for dinner last time! Only a little to the right, but the same area, no doubt.
Our juice and bread were brought out first
I liked the juice, it was very tropical tasting!
And soon enough, our main course was here!
This was before we dug in
YUM. YUM. YUM. YUM.
Delicious!
Not but a few seconds later, Stitch came to join us!
He came right up to me and gave me a kiss haha
See my brothers "necklaces"? They're Phitens- the new trend here. They're for baseball players, because the titanium (or however you spell it) gives you energy or something? I dunno, but they both play baseball and wear their Phitens all the time. Of course, kids at my school who don't play baseball- or softball- wear them too because they are so stylish hehe. I don't play softball, but my friend does, and she had five Phitens, so during the school year I would just wear hers. Mainly because they're $25 minimum :O
Mickey followed right behind him... Mickey gave me a big kiss too
After Mickey left, our Mickey waffles came! I looove those things
Pluto arrived a little bit after
We had pretty much finished breakfast, but I wanted to wait for Lilo. So, we waited for Lilo
The boys weren't too thrilled about waiting, so they weren't really in the mood to have their picture done with Lilo. Fine. Girls only picture
Lilo apparently didn't like that the boys didn't get up to meet her, so she went over to Joe and gave him a kiss heheee
Sometime during the breakfast, my mom had bought the pic of us that they had taken when we first got there. So, now we have one from each monorail resort.
#1 from Chef Mickey's in '08 when we ate there for dinner
#2 from 1900 Park Fare in '09 when we ate there for dinner
and #3 from 'Ohana this year for breakfast!
So, we had the pictures, paid, and we were out of there!

We hopped onto the monorail and got off at the next stop- the GF
We got back to the room, where we found out the webcam wasn't working right, so my dad had to fix it.
I took a couple pics of the pic we had taken of us
By the time we had gotten ready (five minutes or so) for the next park the camera still wasn't working. So my dad and J stayed back, while my mom, Joe, and I went to EPCOT to do the NUMBER ONE thing on my "Must Do" List. Anyone remember what it is??
**Oh, and I forgot to mention, I was texting Cass during our breakfast (I know, shame on me! But I wanted to know what her family was doing hehe). She told me that her dad had already left and that her mom, cousin, and her were probably staying the rest of their vacation. And they MIGHT go to MK that night. Which, was where our family was planning on going to**

We love Ohana's, can't wait to eat there in August.

Sounds like you enjoyed your breakfast at 'Ohana. We love it---it's probably our family's favorite breakfast at Disney!
