Our Christmas Morning Surprise Trip Video

I’m a U-tube novice so bear with me – I tried uploading to facebook but it wasn’t working. As all of you know we played a trick on our Children this morning so I thought I would share the video.

All year long I have been planting the seed that wouldn’t it be neat to get a pet skunk. DD9 always laughs - considers it for a moment - and then says but I don’t think they would make a very good pet - what if they get scared. So Christmas morning DH and I announce that we are finally going to give them what they have wanted - their pet skunk!

A couple of things surprised me after watching the video

1) DD9 was actually excited about it
2) DS4 was scared to death
and 3) I walk like an old man.

My Father was there and played into the whole thing – it was great. DD ended up basically thinking she was dreaming all day long (the reason for her hitting her head with the calendar) – It was just super – definitely worth the effort.
