Dan, it's been really crazy around here. Trying to get our house ready to put on the market, which will happen this weekend I think. Getting rid of all or our junk that we don't use. We won't have a basement so it's amazing what you can stock pile when you do. Ebay has been a blessing! It's amazing what people will buy.

I will try to keep everyone posted on updates.

A few months ago I noticed your post about your upcoming home in Celebration and posted that I believe that you will be across the street from us at EV lot #95 on Oak Pond Drive. We are currently building a Cambridge Monticello French on EV lot #109. I noticed last week when I met with Gary, our contractor, that your house and the one next door had just started construction and were moving along quite well. It will move very quick if the weather stays nice.

Today we had our framing inspection, it will be insulated tomorrow and drywalled on Thursday. We should move in by early May.

We currently live in North Village and stop by the new house a number of times throughout the week. We would be happy to send you a weekly update and some pictures, if you would like. You can e-mail us at bdkfla@mindspring.com.

We are building a Peachtree Mediteranean.
We have some friends that live in Celebration now and they are sending us pictures with updates. Thanks for the offer though.

As a matter of fact, I saw your house in one of the pictures they sent us.

It's all really exciting! If everything goes well, we should close in June.
