Day Before yesterday, We had a America's funniest home video moment:
Picture this;
Baby Grandson is 7 months old, weighs 20 lbs., and his cheeks are so fat that they go out further than his nose.
Anyways...
Just turned 7 month old grandson laying on a blanket when all of a sudden, his 3 year old brother grabbed a butterfly net from a closet and hooks it onto baby Grandson's head.
The Net went down to about ear level on his little head; Making his cheeks plump out and he begins screaming.
The poor Mom, DDIL, Who is very patient and calm, frantically starts calling for extra help when she realizes that the net will not come off.
Our grandson who commited the crime is running into the bathroom to hide from getting in trouble.
I hear baby granson crying and screaming, his mother calling for help and yelling at other grandson who is crying.
I run into the room to try and help when we realize that even 2 pairs of hands will not budge the net.
I begin yelling for DD14 to come hurry and help.
She comes in and hasn't heard any of the situation and begins asking,
"What happened!?!?".
So far, DGS 3yrs old is cryng because of getting in trouble, DDIL is yelling at him for hurting his brother, DGS 7 months is just screaming, I'm yelling at DD14 to help, and she is yelling because she has no idea what is going on.
All the while, we all had a fear of having to call the fire department to come get a butterfly net off grandson's head.
We finally managed to get it off with 3 pairs of hands.
It was scary, but now looking back on it, it was sort of humorous.
This is only one situation, but as I look back on it, I realized;
"I have alot of AFV moments in my life."

hehe, it was quite a site to see I bet! Well, he didn't get in trouble. He got a little bit of a lecture but, 10 min. later, everything was back to normal except, my poor daughter-in-law was still a bit shaken. It really scared her. But, now she can look back on it and laugh.
