Our ADRs: What do you think?

My wife and I are going to the World for 10 nights in September. We basically got all of our ADRs, but are hoping to change our ADR date for Be Our Guest.

I'm just curious what you all think of our plans. I'll note what restaurants will be new experiences, in case you guys want to make alternative suggestions. Restaurants we've never eaten at will be in bold.

Night 1, Downtown Disney day: Dinner at Earl of Sandwich.

Night 2, Epcot day: Lunch at La Cantina de San Angel, dinner at Le Cellier.

Night 3, Magic Kingdom day: Lunch at Columbia Harbour House, dinner at Cosmic Ray's. We hope to score dinner reservations for BOG, since we expect this night to be our Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party night.

Night 4, resort hopping day: Lunch at whatever resort we are at at the time, dinner at 'Ohana.

Night 5, Animal Kingdom day: Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ, dinner at Sanaa.

Night 6, Epcot day: Lunch at Chefs de France, dinner at California Grill.

Night 7, Hollywood Studios day: Lunch at Pizza Planet, dinner at 50's Prime Time Cafe.

Night 8, Hollywood Studios day: Lunch at Toluca Legs Turkey Co., dinner at Kouzzina.

Night 9, Magic Kingdom day: Lunch at Casey's Corner, dinner at Be Our Guest.

Night 10, Epcot day: Food & Wine Festival for ALL OF THE FOODS EVER.

I've heard great things about Columbia Harbour House and Cosmic Ray's, so I'm curious: What are the best things on the menu?

As far as BOG, what ever you do don't give it up until you have another day secure. That has become the hardest one to get.

Night 3: Try to get the BOG res for early enough that you'll be done before the party starts. There's so much to do and see during MNSSHP that you don't want to give up party time to eat at a TS restaurant. If you want to meet rare characters (e.g. 7 Dwarfs or Jack and Sally last year) plan to be in line by 6:00 so that again, you won't waste too much party time standing in a line.

Night 8: Toluca Legs has just turkey legs, but there are additional food vendors adjacent. Another option is Hollywood Brown Derby now has a lounge with some interesting food choices or you can order from the HBD menu. No reservations required.

Night 9: There is usually a cast member preview for the F&W the day before its official opening, but everyone is welcome. Most of the food kiosks will be open.

Night 10: F&W. I think you said on another post that this is the first day of F&W. There will be so many food and beverage choices so stay hungry in the morning and start at 11:00 when WS opens.
