Not my best week :(
My daughter tested postive for the flu on Monday, so I'm a little out of my routine.

Today I did 85 minutes of treadmill time. I did C25K Week 5 Day 1 (i'm planning to move on to Day 2 next week), followed by C25K Week 1 Day 1.
