She had an incredible time with all of the characters. A day doesn't go by that she doesn't ask to go back to Disney or see Aladidn and Jasmine or Chip and Dale. Definitely makes us want to take her back soon. Will you be writing a TR for your May trip? Or just focus on your PTR?

We liked the Dolphin. Different feel than staying at a disney resort, but can't beat the location. Teppan Edo was good! I'm always hungry when I read TRs.

Sigh, we left that toy store in good spirits. Lo and behold, there was yet one more character interaction in store for us!

It was nice to see Alice outside the cottage.

After saying goodbye to Alice, we were more than ready to head back and check out the Dolphin pool. It was time for our daily pool break.

Next: Boma and AKL

Gonna have to find that stained glass mirror. B and B is my favorite Disney movie...I am in love with Belle, but Belle in her blue dress..not the yellow gown....anywho...

We got to meet Belle in her blue dress as well, ot in her yellow dress. I don't think we ever got to see her in the yellow dress. Interesting how you only like that one version of her.

We once again decided to stroll back towards the Dolphin hotel as opposed to riding the Friendship boats. On our way back, we ran across some little friends.

Little did we know that we would be running across bunnies and froggies multiple times on our walks back and forth from the resort! Apparently, these creatures are not at all afraid of humans.

After enjoying the Pop pools, we were excited to see what the Dolphin pools were going to be like. Apparently I was too busy enjoying the pool myself to take many pictures of the pool in general. I did manage to snap a few shots of our little princess having fun with her inner tube in the pool.

She also went back to her favorite activity in the pool. Jumping in with her tube.

The only thing she didn’t enjoy from the pool was the waterfall. She was a bit afraid of that waterfall, but once she made her way around it, she was fine. We definitely were not disappointed in this pool! Once we had cooled off somewhat, we got ourselves ready for our dinner ADR at Boma. We were both so excited to try dinner there, as we didn’t get the chance in August. We were traveling with some of DH’s family and not all of them were as adventurous.

Once again, I didn’t take any photos of the food, but this meal did not disappoint either! We ALL got multiple helpings, including our little munchkin. And I was so proud of her since she barely touched the typical “kids food” of mac n’ cheese and chicken nuggets. Instead, she was devouring all the cous cous that I had on my plate, she called that the “baby rice.” We will definitely be putting this on our list of places to eat at once again. It was all yummy – the cous cous, the various types of hummus, the meats, the desserts. And the environment is great too. I love the Animal Kingdom Lodge! I don’t remember what we originally had planned for after dinner, but we changed our minds and decided to walk around the resort and check out the Savannah level.

We walked outside and said hi to the birds.

It must be awesome to wake up at Disney, throw open the shades and see animals roaming around outside.

Our little girl also brought Annie along to see all of the animals.

She was so excited to see the zebras! She was also convinced that she heard elephants, but I didn’t see any.

She even made a little friend close to her age walking around looking at animals. The two of them were so cute, running around and climbing the rocks. After we got our fill of the animals, we headed back inside to check out the rest of the resort. Who can resist a rocking chair?

I just love how beautifully decorated the resort is.

After taking my photo of the light fixtures, I looked around for our little munchkin and saw this……

Apparently she was on a movie date with that little boy. We sat and watched her for a little while and couldn’t believe what we were seeing. Every few seconds, she would turn over to look at him and smile, then turn back to the movie. She would adjust her skirt a little bit and even scooted over a little closer to him. Does she realize that we aren’t ready for this yet? Sheesh.

Well, we managed to get our little flirt away from the movie and the little boy, and continued on our exploration of the hotel. It was at that point that we stumbled upon a lonely PP photographer. He had a little section cornered off and when we went up to chat with him, he asked if we wanted some family pics. Did we?! Of course (or at least I did)!

I was so happy that we got these shots! We barely have any photos of all three of us. This trip was a perfect opportunity and part of the reason I had preordered the cd.

These photos are a little dark, but I thought I would throw it in anyways. It was a neat lighting effect.

I thought we were all done, but apparently our little princess had other ideas. She wanted her own private photo shoot.

What a little diva. We ended the night with a quick walk through the gift shop before heading back to a wonderful night sleep in the heavenly beds.

Well, even if she only liked the typical kids food, there were still a ton of options. I was surprised by how much she ate too!

I don't know if that movie date friendship was a two sided friendship. He didn't seem to even know she was there! She definitely came out of her shell this trip though.

I have to say, I was a bit nervous about Boma, but I had heard such good reviews on the boards that I figured there would be something I would like. I'm a picky eater too. I really liked it!

Ooh, I hope you guys like Boma! I wish I could go back during the holidays too! We were cracking up watching her too. It was too funny. I think it was aging my husband by the minute, though.

Thank you! Believe me, our trip last August was completely different. She was terrified of the characters. It's amazing what a difference a few months make. She can't wait to go back and see them again, we just need to save up some money!

We enjoyed walking around the resort too. We did notice that the AKL savannah level outside seemed to be the only place in Disney that we noticed bugs! We had been talking about how we didn't seem to notice many bugs on disney property.

Thank you! I was pleasantly surprised by that impromptu photo session. Ironically, one of the only other nice photos of me and my husband (other than from our wedding) is from an earlier trip to Disney!

She was definitly being a little ham at the end of that photo shoot. She just sat there on the chair and posed away. It was funny. isn't it amazing how kids just click with each other so fast?

Boma is one of our favorites too. The peanut rice is soooo good! We stayed at AKL this past April and I LOVE it! I can't wait to go back!
