Look what Todd brought home for me tonight! Aren't they the cutest?!! They are like bobbles, once you touch them they can't stop moving! So cute!! If anyone would appreciate them, I knew it would be you guys!

So for whatever reason, I'm in full fledge Disney mode today!!!!!!
25 more days, 5 more until we tell the munchkins, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been busy listening to my 4 Parks 1 World CD today, Cole has been enjoying it with me, amazing how a little bit of music brings you to your hapy place, isn't it?

I've decided today I'm going to share why this trip is SO important to me...my primary reason is because I'm a work/stay at home Mom, I find it a challenge to be able to give my children 100% of me every day when I have so many other things I'm balancing here at home, I look forward to a full week of just playing with them, not paying bills/doing laundry/making dinner/disciplining them/helping with homework while I'm listening to their concerns and their days. I look forward to seeing them smile, laughing, and just being kids, I also think it's so nice for them to take a break from reality, as well, where they can just be kids, not worry about grades, cleaning their rooms or sports games, they can just have fun and with Todd & I! I look forward to leisurely meals, holding their hands down Main Street, having them SO excited that they are running up to see their favorite character....

I'm excited to check out Asmu family suites! And that Todd and I will have our own space, we have two bathrooms (yay for Mommy getting her own for a whole week!), allt he boys will have their own beds and won't be fighting at bedtime. I'm also going to love the fact that we'll have our own 'kitchen' for some small things for breakfast/snack time.

I can't wait to see the Fantasyland expansion coming along, ride the monorail to see the sights and for Dole whips and Mickey ice cream!

I hoope it will be wonderful! We don't get a ton of vacations during the year, so a long 10-day one in Disney World is going to be wonderful. I would love to say hello if we cross paths! 3 boys running around isn't too scary, especially when they're so cute!

I'm hoping the crowds will be low; I'm a little worried that it'll be a bit crazier than normal since it's the last time MSEP is showing for a few weeks. Fingers crossed it'll be a big quieter though!

It is a long trip. The flight there isn't too awful, the flight back is like 6 1/2 hours. I think last time we got there iiiin like 5 hours? Can't remember exactly, I just know that we got in a half hour earlier than expected. It's long but so so worth it!

Okay, also, your update was too cute! Lucas looks SO happy about his gifts! That monorail set looks so fun; I hope one day when we have kids they'll be into something like that. Also, I can see why he's so excited for his DS! It's a lot of fun to have... and will be GREAT for the plane ride. I myself have a 3DS (DH and I are totally video game dorks), and I plan on using it on our flight when I can't sleep/don't feel like watching any movies. I am getting excited for you guys revealing your trip to your boys!

Oh and that photo of the boys hugging is too cute for words!!

Yikes on the 5+ hour trip! I guess with kids it's not as bad, but I'm not good for sitting that long! Love that you guys have your DS's! Lucas is SO excited about his! We got him the DSi, so he's been busy taking pics and figuring it all out. Just in time for our trip, too!

That pic of Lucas and Cole hugging melted my heart, love when moments like that are caught on camera and without having to ask!!!

It really does, some days it's so sad to me how quickly time goes. My oldest son turned 9 in November and I cried when I thought how I was half way done raising him, in 9 more years, we'll be preparing him for college! It just goes TOO fast!!!

We got the cake at Walmarts bakery! You'll have to check them out! I need to head over to your PTR and see what's going on with Jaydens wish!

Making a list (and checking it twice, sorry, I couldn't help myself! ) for Garden Grocer for our room, hope to get this ordered by the weekend.

And I managed to join a PP share! YAY!! For only $26 we can afford to get our Photopass pic CD! HURRAY!!!!!!!!!!!

This will be the first time for me to pin trade, I'm looking forward to joining the boys! I can't wait to pick out my special extra girly lanyard, too! We bought the boys their lanyards a few years back, so they've been doing this awhile, but I had no interest until now that I have my TA pins to display! It will be something extra I get to share with them!

Yay for PP shares is right! I'm with you, paying that extra $100 kills me! I do love the pics, though, so hated to pass it by, especially since this is our first trip alone and we didn't have our friends to take pics of the 5 of us. I'm glad it worked out well for both of us!

T-1 hour until Ethan and Lucas are home on Christmas break! I'm really looking forward to the down time that offers our family, no running from school to cub scouts, basketball games, etc. I can use the break, remind me I said that next week though when they are driving me nuts and I'm ready for them to all go back!

Today Cole & I had our last 'date' day...I had a fabulous groupon for Old Navy to use and they had $5 fleeces for the whole family so we ran there to see if we could score some new ones for our trip! We made out well, I didn't get matching, like I had hoped but still made out well! 5 fleeces for $15! Todd's is black, mine is light grey and the boys are navy.

Nothing special but lightweight enough to pack for the trip, I think!
And to be honest, I haven't thought much about what we're wearing to Disney! I guess I need to get on that!!! YIKES!

From there, I needed to get his haircut for Christmas so I decided to take him to the mall to enjoy. Who goes to the mall Thursday before Christmas?! ME!! And it was so nice, we enjoyed the decorations, said hi to Santa, got his haircut, visited the cats at the pet store, enjoyed some time in the book store and grabbed a quick lunch. It was nice to be there and not part of the mayhem! I hope your shopping, etc is going well!

My updates may be few here and there, be patient, I will be here, just a little more tied down with the kiddos around! Plus, I'm still DISing in secret! 3 more sleeps until the BIG SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I got home from Ethan's basketball game last night, I was running on empty and someone left a gift at the door for me!

My girlfriend appreciates my love for Disney (she's addicted herself) and thought I would love a Minnie to go with my Mickey (that Cole & I bought months ago)! They are door hangers! How sweet was that and what a nice surprise!! I'm a lucky girl and she totally made my night!!

I know, wasn't that the sweetest thing! I instantly text her to see if she left me something and she just said "maybe" I knew it was her! Some people just "get it" and she does!! SO lucky to have her in my life! And my friends here at DIS since some people don't!

What a good guy you are up wrapping this morning, that's what's on my agenda today too! I know Christmas is always on the 25th but I'm so behind right now! Today will be spent wrapping, making cookies, birthday cake and heading to church!

Good Morning my DIS friends!

Sneaking in a quick update before the mayhem of today really begins, I have a full day of wrapping, cookie making for Santas arrival, casserole making, birthday cake baking for Lucas' birthday, balloon picking up, all of course while keeping our 3 small boys calm before the big day tomorrow!

We had a wonderful night last night, our good friends and neighbors had their annual Christmas party. I tried to get a 'nice' pic of the boys and I as I'm usually the one behind the camera, Lucas was uncooperative but I'll take what I can get!

I can't even begin to tell you how EXCITED I am for tomorrows big reveal! It's almost as exciting as going to Disney and I can't wait to share it with you all. The video camera is charging and my camera has new batteries, we're ready!!

These next few weeks are sure to fly by as our planning comes together, thanks for joining the ride, can't wait to share it all with you!
