Ounces in the DDP "snack" milk?

We are planning to eat cereal in our rooms for quick breakfast. I know I can get milk as a snack on the dining plan. How many ounces are in the milk? Is it an 8-oz carton (think elementary school)? Or, is it a larger plastic bottle (like a gas station 12-16 oz.)?

Just trying to plan ahead if we could get away with 2 milks for four bowls of cereal.

I could be wrong.. and this may have changed...
But I believe if you get cereal with a snack credit, the milk is included.

I know it's not what you asked but the resort gift shops sell half gallons. It was around $2.80 when we were there last summer. If you are staying in a room with a fridge you could save your snack credits and pick up a jug.

I think they are the elementary school carton size.

But the resort gift shops usually sell milk in larger containers, so you can always store it in the in-room fridge (or go to a gas station and get some...theres a couple gas stations on property)

Could you get a refillable cup and fill it up with milk in the morning?

I think this would be economical if milk is one of the beverages...I imagine milk is available for coffee! (I take mine black with no sugar, so don't quote me.)

Milk is not one of the options at the drink station. They have little containers of cream for people that want it in their coffee.

Oh I didn't realize that they don't have milk, I drink tea with milk but won't have a fridge, does that mean I can't get milk without buying a whole carton??

Correct. Depending on how much milk you have in your tea, there are the little packages with a dash of real cream in them. (Liquid not powdered)

At Pop this seems to be what they do. When we asked at POFQ, they required separate credits. It does seem to depend on the resort.

There's a creamer dispenser by the coffee. It's creamer, not milk. I'm not sure if it's half and half or a non-dairy creamer. It's what I put in my DH's coffee and he never seems to complain so I'm assuming it's half and half as the non-dairy stuff seems to give him heartburn.

A snack credit could be used for the bottled milk, that was larger than the little carton. It's just like any of the bottled beverages that can be snacks. At POP in June a carton of milk and cereal were NOT 1 credit anymore, they were 2 credits.
