Glad your not too bad - i pretend I never see people who could potentially be embarrassed by their actions.
i'm one of the culmsiest people I know so I have MANY a tale to tell of embarrassing times .... but the most dramatic fall's was back in my early teens when I forgot to put the safety pin in a set of ladders which I used to get into the loft (helping my mum who cant climb ladders), i ended up stepping on the part which should have been secured by the pin, the ladders gave way and I fell out the loft .... it didnt end there because our loft hatch was directly over the stairs, so i fell down them too, right down to the bottom where a double radiator sits - thankfully only my hand got caught which we were able to free easily - i walked away with a bruise on my knee!!!!!!! Not even a broken bone to show for it!
The most painful moment of my life was when I was very young (just under 10). I ran to get my dad an apple which was in a hanging basket next to the cooker - i climbed up on a chair not realising the handle to a pan of scoulding hot boiling water was sticking outwards - I had just got out the bath at the time and was wearing only a towel - the towel caught the handle - the pan fell and from my left hip down to my ankle got covered - needless to say I didnt sit down for weeks and during my many trips to the hospital I was reaping the benefits of my very guilty feeling parents!! Bless em!! I still have very faint scars from those burns and i'm now 32!!
