Ouch, my mouth hurts D: surgery this morning .

okay so i had to get up at 7 30 am to go to the stupid surgen guy .



the worst part was the numbing needle though so thats good .



but it was so wierd.. his assistant lady was on the other side of my sucking all the blood with this tubey thing , and saw all this blood on his gloves D: and then i was trying not to think about it.. so i looked around the office & then looked at him and saw EVERYTHING he was doing cutting my mouth up in his glasses D: ew !

you know that stringy thing you have when you lift your top lip up ? that like connects it to your gums or something ?
cut that out .



i have some gum tissue between my teeth in my gap , thats gone .



i couldnt even feel my face after , i went right to bed and when i woke up at 3 (exhausted & freaked out so i slept late ) it hurt SO BAD !

omg im dying right now.. we didnt have any adult pain reliever like we thought we did (I OPENED THREE EMPTY BOTTLES D:< ) i had to use childrens stuff .



i cant chew in the frontt , so mac & cheese was really hard to eat today :/

but my daddy just came home with magazines & pain killers

talk to me ? ugh .

When I was in 7th grade, I had to get Adnoid (sp?) Surgery. They like took something out of my nose. I was asleep so I don't remember anything but I remember it hurt. A LOT! But I got to eat a lot of pudding and ice pops so I was happy!

I'm sorry, I hope you feel better soon! I know how much surgery hurts, but I can't imagine it on my mouth.
I have to get a root canal next week, and I REALLY want them to put me under for it, I've been thru enough pain.

And I totally understand about seeing the blood. When I had my port removed, I was still awake and was bleeding heavily from my chest. I saw the doctors gloves covered in blood, and because I was loopy but concious, I said "OMG is that my blood?!" to which he told me yes. I thought I was going to be sick.

I also had my adenoids removed the summer after 6th grade. They went in thru my mouth, and when they pulled the tools out, it scraped my toungue taking some toungue..pieces? with it.

How about ice cream? Or milkshakes?

I had the same thing done in 6th grade, and I also got my tonsils out too the same day. I was miserable, and I could hardly talk. I remember when I first woke up after surgery, I threw up blood, it hurt sooo bad. But hey, atleast I had the hottest guy nurse EVER! lol

i had the exact same thing,except i was in grade 5.i got to miss a week of school,i was so happy.after my surgery if i tried to sit up i would feel like i was going to puke.but when i left the hospital i got to sit in a wheelchair and i felt so special.
i got the surgery because i couldn't breath through my nose,but now it is awesome that i can breath through my nose.
i hope you start to feel better,and if you would like to talk i would be glad to.

it hurt so bad , and it was right before thanks giving so my mom blended up turkey !

it was SO good ..

better than when i chew it myself !

Actually I woke up to the hott guy nurse saying my name.
I thought I was in heaven. lmao

I was in so much pain though that I didn't even want to eat ice cream.
And I pretty much lived on the couch for like a week. haha

ive had four major lacerations.
ive had more stitchen than a sewing machien can put out in a year.
ive had hair line fractures and broken digits.
ive had surgery in my wrist that required me to be put on 500 milligrams of hydrocoton every four hours.

never ever in my life have i ever had a more painful thing done than mouth surgery. nothing hurts worse, i promise. its cause its so close to your brian and your eyes.

once youve had your mouth messed with, you can handle anything. i promise.
