How often do you buy OTU points? Can these be banked? Can people with two memberships by 48 otu points per use year?

You get 24 per UY per membership They expire at the end of the UY they are bought and can not be banked or borrowed.

If you more than one, then yes, that membership can have them as well.

You may be confusing them with transferred points, which can be banked.
