Otterspool.com - Have you rented from them??

I found a great site www.otterspool.com but wondered if anyone has rented from them? What did you think? Any comments?

I did not end up renting from them beacause we ended up with extra family, but I did talk to them and they were very nice and helpful answering all of our questions. If I didn't have the extra family we would have rented from them. Not sure that is helpful in any way, but thought I would share.

Did you ever end up booking from them? I am considering this property and would like to know.

I have not booked yet but would still like to know what people think. I am not going till May 2011 so I have a little time.

We are thinking about booking with them in Oct 2010, We will be making our decision soon, so I hope that it is a good one.
