Does anyone have recollection of other times that free dining are offered? I'm familiar with the mid-August thru late September time, but didn't know if there were others. Thanks!

I don't think so. And I spend a lot of time on the DIS.

Since 2005, it's been offered during the mid to late August - mid to late September time frame exclusively.
