Other resort discounts

Do we as DVC members receive discounts for other non DVC resorts?
Looking to add a few days at another resort cuz I am short on points.

Also, if I stay at two different resorts, does anyone know if DIsney would transport my family for free or would I have to get a taxi? I was thinking they could take us in one of those vans.

No discounts at non-DCV resorts just because you are a DVC member. You'll need an AP or AAA membership. Or get a postcard or other discount code.

I'm not sure they will take you in their vans, but they will transport your stuff and you can take Disney transportation over via a park or DTD.
