Other Disney Resorts

I just read that points can be used for Disney resorts other than the DVC resorts. Could someone tell me what hotels they are and if there is somewhere to look up the point conversion.

They can be used at any of the disney resorts EXCEPT the values. Remember, however, if you are going to use them at one of these resorts, there is a $95 transaction fee that will also apply. You can view these point charts on the member website under vacation planning tools>The disney collection, Walt Disney World resort in Florida. Click this link and it will open up the point charts for the other disney resorts.

I am not a DVC member and am trying to figure out how many points would be needed to rent. Is there a way of accessing these pages without being a member.

DVCnews.com has all the point charts including the Disney Collection. The DVC Points Charts link at the top of this page only has the DVC properties last time I checked.

2 things:

1) you will be paying more than you would pay to book directly with disney
2) you will most likely lose any option to cancel the reservation

you really don't want to waste your time trying to rent DVC pts for a non-DVC resort.
