Spinning off from the SAHM blues thread...
I hate working. There, I said it.
I'm just so burned out. I only see DD for a few hours a day. I can't imagine how nice it would be to look outside and see it pouring down rain and say, "It's awful out - I think we'll just stay home today." How nice would it be to do my grocery shopping at 10 AM instead of on my lunch hour or after work when everybody else is doing it? I'd love to be able to schedule appointments for any time of the day rather than when I can get off work. And I could do laundry at 2 PM instead of 9 PM. Just the freedom to make my own schedule - it would be awesome. Not to mention that if you're working mom, you have to look high and low before you can find activities for your kids because everything happens during the week.
I might feel differently if I had a job I liked, but I don't. It's a paycheck.
Thanks for letting me vent.

. By the way, I should've mentioned that my hubby works second shift (3:00pm 11:30pm) so it's just me with them every night.
