OT: Wii Animal Crossing

DD would like a friend to do the Wii Speak thing with. Anyone have a child looking for an Animal Crossing friend? I suppose this is the 21st century version of looking for a pen-pal.

My daughter has Animal Crossings for her DS, but not for the Wii. I didn't know there was such an option for the Wii. Is it the same with the DS? Or is it still a distance thing w/the DS? (if you know)

How would that work for the Wii? Sounds cool.

Animal Crossing for Wii is really cute. There's a Wii speak feature that lets you interact with anyone in the world - you exchange friend codes and can visit each other and talk to each other.

DD got it for Chrsitmas and loves playing, but would love an animal crossing buddy!

I will have to keep that in mind. But as of yet - no Animal Crossing for the Wii.

We have Animal Crossing City Folk (Wii) - don't have Wii Speak though - just couldn't find it when we were buying... We're thinking of adding that or the keyboard... How old is your daughter? DS is 7 and he'd like to have an AC buddy too. He has me hooked on the game! LOL

After school I can find out what all her code things are... (I really have no idea how she uses it-) She was hoping her best friend here would get the game for Christmas but she didn't so she has had it and no one to "play/chat" with-
