I have a gift certificate (that expires soon!) to have a photo professionally enlarged. I want to hang it in the bedroom, over my bed. Which of these photos would you choose?

Photo #1: Delicate Arch (Arches National Park)

Photo #2: The Grand Canyon

Photo #3: Mt. Denali

I am so bad at decisions!

Thanks!

All three are very nice, but I like #1 the best.

I like color contrasts in 3. Great pics Tobi!

I have to vote for #3 .... that is an amazing photo of Denali!

I love how you got the tundra and spruce in the foreground and the peak so nice in the back. A lot of us who live here never get to see her like that.
Good job there! :goodvibes

From a purely composition standpoint, I also really like the colors as well - the reds and greens of the tundra and trees offset with the blue and white of the snow, sky and mountain makes a very nice contrast.

# 3 is beautiful, but I vote for # 1, I love the blue sky and the arch and how you can see the mountains in the background through the arch.

I would have to vote for #3! That's a beautiful picture! I love the colors of the tundra contrasted with the lighter colors of the mountain and sky.......gorgeous!

What? No Disney photo? :confused3 :rotfl: I like the first one best. But which one matches the colors or style of your room?

I'm for 3 as well. It is somewhat rare to get that clear a photo of Denali.

Tie between one and three leaning towards one.
Which location has the most meaning for you?

(Feel bad for #2. The Grand Canyon is magnificent. Your photo is great. It just doesn't "pop")

I love the snow topped look in picture #2. But I am voting for picture #1, as I love the sky and the way it shows through the arch - it would look good blown up.

Thanks! It's my desktop on my PC at home... :)

Thanks, Mike! :goodvibes I like the colors, too, although I think the contrast on the Mountain is a bit soft. Perhaps they could burn that in a bit. It was so amazing in RL.

Thanks! I think the colors really stand out, too. This was my 2nd time in Alaska, and the first time we only barely saw a faint outline of Denali, and then a spectacular silhouette at sunset. The second time (with Adventures by Disney) we were actually leaving Denali National park, and as we drove down the road, there she sat, as clear as day! It was totally magnificent! Made my trip!

I vote for #3, just beautiful!
Thank you!

# 3 is beautiful, but I vote for # 1, I love the blue sky and the arch and how you can see the mountains in the background through the arch.
That's what I love about this picture, too! So hard to choose!

Thank you! The colors really make the photo (that and the fact that not a lot of people get the chance to take a photo like that of Mt Denali!

Ah, but they *ARE* Disney photos! They were all taken on Adventures by Disney trips. :woohoo:

They all fit the room. That's part of the problem!

I like them all but I vote for #3.

Great photos.
Thanks, Kathy! It looks like #3 is winning. :)

:goodvibesI like one and three. Sorry I can't decide either.
Thanks! Join the club!

Another vote for Number 3.
Thanks, Mike. It's the front runner!

I'm for 3 as well. It is somewhat rare to get that clear a photo of Denali.
Thanks, Jack! :) It's actually *very* rare to get a photo like that of Denali, which is one reason I love it. I'm just not sure how it will look enlarged...

They all have meaning for me. I took all 3 on Adventure by Disney trips. The Delicate Arch one was at the end of a really long, difficult hike. It was such a triumph to make it there & see such a gorgeous sight! The Grand Canyon one was a total surprise, as we woke up to snow at the Canyon in May! Everyone, including the locals, was shocked. But it just made everything so gorgeous. And the Denali shot has a lot of meaning because only 10% of the people who go to Denali see the mountain that clear. It's so tall, it makes it's own weather, and is, most of the time, shrouded in clouds. :rolleyes1

I love the snow topped look in picture #2. But I am voting for picture #1, as I love the sky and the way it shows through the arch - it would look good blown up.
That's what I was thinking, too. Thanks!

I vote for #3.
It's the winner so far!

They're all really great photos! #3 is my favorite.
Thanks! :)

Thanks! Definitely the front runner!

Thanks all! I *REALLY* appreciate your opinions. I'm still trying to decide! I'll let you know my decision!

If it were my house I would display all 3. :)
:love:Thank you! :goodvibes :lovestruc I guess that's always an option! Right now, I'm trying to decide which one to use the really expensive Gift Card on. But I may do the other 2 in a less extravagant way. (The place the Gift Card is for does these magnificent enlargements on canvas. Really spectacular!)
