OT Where to eat in Hamilton?

Want a nice family dinner in Hamiton (kids, parents, grandparents) this weekend.
We will be in the Limridge Mall area, but can travel if necessary.
We dont mind chains.

On Upper James between Stone Church and Rymal Rd., there is a Boston Pizza, a Kelsy's, Swiss Chahlet, The Keg, East Side Mario"s and I think off the top of my head a Mandarine. There's also several pub style resturants. Hope this helps you plan where all of you would like to eat.

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I don't know if you still need the info or not. I've never eaten at Turtle Jacks so can`t answer that for you. I hope you enjoy your visit to Hamilton.

I've never eaten at that particular location, but we had lunch at another location. It was pretty typical roadhouse fare. I'd go for Kelsey's or Casey's over Turtle Jacks, but there really isn't a huge difference.

Becareful of Upper James, it's a wonderful mess of construction at the moment LOL. I've eaten at the Turtle Jacks on UJ & the food is fine, although it's busy in there, it's right when you get off the Linc pretty much (the Linc has been closed on weekends for repaving too & is a mess). Be prepared for traffic on Upper James, Stonechurch & Rymal because of the construction.

Has anyone from Hamiton heard of Edgewater Manor? If so, what is it like? Any good or bad opinions on it? Looking at making a reservation for my parents but not too....have heard nothing about it. Looks beautiful tho!!

The best restaurant in Hamilton hands down is the Black Forest Inn....it is amazing and you can find it downtown Hamilton King St and Ferguson!
