OT: Where might I find Job Info for DCL or any other Cruise Line?

I am seriously interested in pursuing a career in the Cruise Line Industry following my graduation from college with my major being Hospitality Management with a concentration in Travel & Tourisim or Marketing & Sales.

Who do I need to talk to, Where do I need to go, and How can I get a job on DCL or any other Cruise Line?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

the Walt Disney World College Program. I was also a travel major and I was SERIOUSLY considering this program. It doesn't neccessarily give you the opportunity to work on the cruise lines, but it does get your foot in the door with Disney to see how the show runs, plus it might even give you college credits (depending on your teachers/administrators. you could also check the other cruise line sites. They usually have a link to career opportunities on each of the sites. I have looked at many and just dreamed...
