OT-What does YOUR username mean?

Mommyseven - Mother of seven. However, that will be changing soon, so I'll be a mother of eight.

Which brings up a very good point -- does ANYONE (Is there a moderator in the house? ) know if there is an ability to change a user name here on Disboards? Or are we stuck with these names as long as we belong? Just curious?

Mine is the first initial of my three kiddos names Kyla, Katelyn and Colten and then of course Mom. My oldest would not be happy if I didnt mention that its also her initials and that I used the username well before she had a sister and brother. Of course when I named the other two I didnt even realize that the first initial of each child would make up her initials. She figured that one out!

I'm a gourd sculpture artist. I had won an award that was a gold gourd trophy just before I joined. I have found it is pretty useful title, as it is unique enough to pass most username sign-ups.

Oh, and if you don't know, a gourd is like a pumpkin or squash, but it dries hard like wood. Cousin of those gourds you can get in the supermarket during the fall. I woodburn, carve, paint, cut, and so forth on them into art pieces.

Hi, I suppose mine is more than obvious. I should clarify though that I am a life long lover of the hundred acre woods and when I joined the board I was desperately trying to potty train my son who had other thoughts on where one should do their business. I acctually do not use the form of this with the other 4 letter word in my regular life, but it did make me laugh that day, and that was what I needed.

Wow !! Did you give birth to all of these babies? My body is such a mess after four pregnancies (can't laugh or sneeze without being nervous if you know what I mean) I can't imagine what would happen to me if I braved pregnancy again.

I mean no disrespect if your children are adopted, foster kids, or you are a blended family. Mommy to eight is amazing !

When growing up everyone called me Mickey (a nickname for Michelle). However, all the older kids would call me Icky Mickey in the neighborhood.

So, when put on the spot to create my username all I could think of was that! I didn't even think to use anything with my 2 DS's. Duh.

My name is an anagram of 'Mojeo' the ancient Greek Godess of Theme Parks........OK I'm lying - my son is Joe and the first two letters of our surname are 'Mo'.

Hey! I thought I was the only Michele with the childhood nickname Micki (I guess my mom thought changing the spelling made it cuter.) I have one aunt who forgets now and then and still calls me Micki.

My dh and I have had 3 daughters for the longest time. One born in 1991, then 1995, and 1998. I thought we were destined. Our baby boy born in 2003 was a surprise then came our 4th daughter in 2005.
