We have a few pictures leftover from the kids' Valentine photo shoot, and I'm at a loss for what to do with them. They've been staring at me since February! I always seem to just stick leftover school pics, holiday pics, etc. in a box and pretend it disappeared.

Any ideas?

I have an album that I put the holiday letters and pictures (Santa and card in.) I am not a scrapbooker, so I just put a piece of Christmas scrapbook paper in the album (it is a scrapbook album that I got at Micheal's and then attach the pictures and letters.

One of my projects now is to do something similar with the extra school pics and professional pictures.

maybe you could put them in the a box that the kids can use to cut up for fun crafts and collages.

I once made one of those memory card games out of leftover wallet phots of DS at different ages.

I used to have this problem too. I've become very stingy about what pictures I order. Because we do sports pics we only buy class pictures, not individual ones. Otherwise they sit there after sucking $40 out of my wallet. I like the game idea; that sounds cute. All of my extras are in a rubbermaid bin. Hopefully the kids will enjoy going through it one day when they are older and bored. lol

I give my kids the extras. They put some in their own inexpensive photo album, give some to friends, and glue some onto artwork or cards for grandma, etc. Even if your kids are very young now, they might like making "baby face" collages when they are older.

This is a good question because I always have left overs when I order from a studio. Kind of why I started doing my own (along w/ expense)

That's my problem, too! Not only am I ordering the school pictures (which they even take at DS's preschool) and the occasional portrait (when a good deal comes out), I've been taking my own.
