OT-What do I charge for freelance work?

Hi All ~ I've been asked to do a little freelance marketing for an aquaintances business. She also wants a website. I'm great at web design and marketing. What should I charge? Per hour? Commission for marketing....percentage of business I bring her?

My freelance charge for any design work is $30 - $40 per hour.
Not a golden rule: just mine.
