OT.....venting.......

So my Epcot Passpot books I made on Kodak website came in. What a huge disappointment! I ordered the 7x5 minibooks and am very disappointed! What a waste of $20.00. On the kodak site everything was centered perfectly, but when I got them in, that was not the case. Plus the books are paper covers, and not hardback. They are very flimsy and cheap looking.
Artscow might take forever, but the quality is 100% better.
Sorry for the venting....just frustrated!

I would contact Kodak and tell them that their product is NOT up to standard for what you paid for. I am sorry that they did not turn out good for you. I hope they will be willing to remedy their mistake in printing.
