I guess I just need to get it out, but I really am missing WDW. We were just there in Sept. for a wonderful 15 day vacation and for some reason I am already felling that twinge.Actually-no-it's an ache! We are booked for May,but DH gave me the adult speech about how we are probably not going to be able to go and so I can't mention to him about my blues. For some reason the holiday has really accentuated the issue:confused3 .

Anyone else want to wallow with me??::sad1: Anyone else missing the world as much as me??

I am constantly missing Disney!! LOL We were also there in September and have already booked our trip for next September but it doesn't stop the "I need Disney right now" thoughts. I am trying to get DH to book a May trip for just the 2 of us for our anniversary and my birthday but so far hasn't worked.

As much as I am missing WDW, I actually think my 2 1/2 year old DD is much worse! Literally every single day she keeps asking if we are going to Disney World or to Florida. Poor thing just wants to go back so bad! She has been at 3 mos, 15 mos, and again at 26 mos.

We are about 1 1/2 hours from the Albany, NY airport which is where we fly out of mainly. Other than flying, we maybe go to Albany 1-2x per year to shop. Well, we went a few weekends ago. Avery asked where we were going and I said Albany. She let out this huge gasp and asked, "We going to Disney World??" I felt so bad having to say no. It was so cute!

LOL-I did forget to mention my partner in crime my DD(7)? I just can't bring it up to her as much because she gets totally depressed:laughing:

<Jumping in to wallow> We have been for free dining the past two years, for my birthday. This year DH says we can not afford to go back. I am literally sick over it. I give myself a headache sometimes trying to think of a way to afford to go.:sad1:

LOL I just left on Saturday and am dying to go back! When we got in the car to drive home, my older daughter started to cry. I wanted to join her! If I could go back tomorrow, I would. It bums me out to think I have no idea when we'll go again. :-(

We were also there in September and I am also missing WDW VERY bad!!!! I think this is some sort of addiction!!!:lmao: :lmao: My sister is leaving on Christmas Day to go to Disney and I hate to say I am a little jealous.... The only thing getting me through is the fact that we just booked a big family trip for August 2009. 5 days at the world and a 4 night cruise.....:cool1: :cool1: I think all of us have a problem.....:lmao: My name is Kelly and I am a Disneyholic!!!:thumbsup2

I completely understand- we just got back 1 week ago & me and the DH want to go back every second. The only thing that helps is our planning for the next trip.

You see-I knew my fellow Disers would understand:grouphug: . I am the only one in my group of offline friends who has the Disney "bug" and they look at me so strange when I get blue and start missing WDW. And I too have given myself headaches, wanted to cry when I left, dull the pain by planning(hopefully not in vain:rolleyes: ) and turn green when someone tells me they are going to WDW.

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a Disneyholic.:upsidedow

Thanks guys it feels better just to let it out:hug:

My last trip was last Dec. and i am missing it so much. We were planning on going back in Dec. 09, but I don't think that is happening with the economy the way it is. I feel like at least if I had something booked for WDW, it would give me something to look forward to.

My name is Heather and I too, am a Disney Addict.

I miss Disney so badly. We were supposed to go this December but due to school and economic conditions, we cancelled our trip. :sad1: Last year we were in the world for 7 days before Christmas. Wah!:lovestruc

My ds wanted me to include this little guy. *lol*pirate:

We went in October & we talk about it everyday.:sad1: How can I wait another 1 year & 8 months?

I am feeling all of your pain. We went in Feb 08. Had an awesome time. We talk about it everyday and plan for the next trip. The kids always say "When we go back to Disney can we ......?" Well, the economy has taken such a rotten turn here that I am really doubting we can make it back in 2010. I am so bummed. I MISS DISNEY! I am a Disneyholic.

I miss it too!!!
I can't wait to go back. We went this Sept. and booked a bounceback. We are suppose to go Sept 27 - Oct 2 2009. But we just found out I am pregnant, the baby is due Aug 12th. DH says it will be too much to take a month old baby to disney. But I still have not cancelled. I am hoping to change his mind. Am i crazy to drive from pgh to disney with a month old 5 yr old and 8yr old.
Me and my boys made mickey head ornaments to decorate our tree. and we watch the travel channel special xmas in disney every day.
We are obseessed with disney... Cant wait to go back..

Count me in, I'm still wearing my Disney Crocs and Hoodie every time I go out.. (Keep in mind that it's currently 22 degrees outside here in WV!) All my family and friends think I'm crazy because it's all I talk about. DH and I are trying to plan for our 20th wedding anniversary/Disney get-a-way-without kids, but we aren't sure we can afford it.

Hello, my name is Barbara and I'm a Disneyholic!

I am so glad I found this thread. I am going through Disney withdrawals at the moment. I came back from Disneyland Paris last Saturday and I cried when we left. It was my DD 17mths first trip there and she loved it. To be fair she hasnt had much choice. There is Disney everywhere at home. I doubt I will get back there for a while. My DH has gone the last 4 years. But he wants to choose this time.
My name is Kelly and I am a disneyaholic!!!!!!

I miss disney sooo much its been over 2 years since I was there and looks like at least 6 months to a year till we can go again

Only been there once and was the best thing EVER for me and my family

I wish i could go there NOW

I think the Holidays bring it on more... the cooking, the running around, the weather, ughhh. Disney is the one time a year we stop! I dont cook, we dont clean, we are together (sometimes its a bit much :rotfl2: ) 24/7 that week. No work, no mess, nothing just us and mostly happy times.

I hope we can still go for the free dining bounceback we have booked, not if things dont pick up!

wanted to join in...my names megan and i am a disney-holic **sigh** that feels good!

what helps, my entire cube at work is disney! people will come and sit at my desk for a minute as a vacation! LOL they all think im crazy but nod nicely as i talk on and on and then print out the spreadsheet i designed to help them plan a trip LOL

yes disney is my life!:lovestruc
