OT-This stinks!!!

Well, DD started getting the chills during 4:00 mass on Christmas Eve. Had temp of 101 during family party at DB and SIL. DS 8 started with a fever on Christmas Night while visiting my Dad. (DD stayed with Grandma since we were visiting from out of town). Left for home Friday with two sick kids, one healthy one, and 2 dogs plus a van piled high with gifts. Three hour drive home. Now DS 7 has a fever. All around 103 degrees.

At least no one is puking and no one is missing any school

Just waiting for DH and I to get sick now.

Shelbyjosh - hope no one in your family got our germs Wed. night. I am sure we passed it around. Just not sure to who and how many. Sorry

Bell0101 - not sure if I will be able to make it to SB Mon. or Tues. May have to make it Friday if you can. Not sure if we will all be well in 2-3 days.

WDWMom - I hope everyone is getting to feeling better. I got the dreaded flu on Monday and I'm just today feeling as though maybe I'm feeling better. My mistake was in trying to do too much while still sick. I didn't want to spoil Christmas for the kids so I pushed myself. Whenever you can make it is fine with me -- except for the dogs and the kids I don't have much going on ever (unless you count laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping ... ).

Well, DH fell sick today DD has been fever free all day today so I guess that is a good sign. DS 8 is really down. Not eating, moving, sleeping lots. Trying to keep him hydrated, but wants little. DS 7 seems to be handling it well.

I am sure to get sick once DH gets better and has to work. No one to take care of me. I'll have to be sick and keep the kids entertained. UUHHGGGG!!! Oh well, I guess that's what being a mother is.
