I for one am just shocked by this and your reaction to the situation. There is no way to justify what you did. It was WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! I have worked in retail and try very hard to be nice to anyone that I encounter in these situations. I can even chalk the bad encounters up to someone having a bad day. I find it very interesting that the only person that she thanked for their reply is the only person that had agreed with her thus far. All I can say is that I would hate to be this child's teacher in a few years. Could you imagine trying to keep this woman happy? Very mean and I really hope that the employee is not standing in the unemployment line somewhere because of this.
