Does anyone know if US & IOA have a guest assistance card like at WDW. Got one last year for my Austic son and it was a big help.

I see you can buy a fastpass- but that could add another $200 for our tickets.

US/IOA do have a Guest Assistance Pass, get one from Guest Relations. It works very much like the GAC at Disney but you need to get one for each day you visit.

I had a difficult time with IOA last year, There were litereially no accomadations if you could drag yourself. THe Dr Suess train is on an upper level. The assistant asked if we could stand. I had my rollator, my daughter had walked. Good thing the rollator had a seat on it for her to be pushed UP the incline! When I got there I was ready to pass out. She was 29 I am 52. RSD and fybromyalgia, among lumbar and cervical issues.

Then I found out there had been an elevator to the second floor. Only the people unable to get out of WC could use the access. This killed my day I had headed to another attraction, a long line, 100* in October. I ended up in the aid station with heat exhaustion. They gave me a fast pass type thing for the next day but I was too ill to try it again. With her medical problems she was also bipolar, It created so much stress to just try to get through the lines,

US did allow often to access in the fast pass type line, BUT early closing for the Fright nights.....
We did about 4 attractions US. 3 at IOA.
Just my experiance

PS, there were thirty of us hit the aid station and asked for assistance. The one child was like your son, and elderly woman, several with mobility issues and a few with a reaction to heat and clostrophobia. We could not get a person of authority to address the unmet needs of the group that sat there needing care instead of having a good time.
