has anyone been to one of the six flags theme parks who can comment on how mainstream they are or if not, what kinds of accomodations they can provide. this is from their website:

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Six Flags St. Louis is one of the most ADA-accessible theme parks in the nation. We strive to provide mainstream access wherever possible, including wheelchair rentals and special access passes. For more information, please visit Guest Relations at the front gate and pick up a Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities. Hearing-impaired guests are welcome to use the TDD telephone at Guest Relations

what do you think a special access pass is? i'm thinking it means an occasional alternative entrance where needed for me and my scooter---anyone been there and can share their experiences?

At SF Over Georgia last year we had experiences where my hubby used an ECV.

You go to Guest Relations with YOUR ENTIRE PARTY and everyone gets a special colored arm band to wear. Then you will receive a guide as where to enter at each attraction. Most of them were at the exit or at SFs version of Fast Pass (called QBot, or something like that). However, Qbot was not operating at all that day for any attraction, so most access was at the exit.
