Here's a strange request...

I am looking for a yummy herbal tea. I'm VERY picky about teas, and I don't like a lot of them.

I like tea that strongly tastes of fruit, but I can't seem to find a store brand that I like. I'm sick of buying boxes of tea that I don't like!

Does anyone have a yummy fruit tea to recommend??

Thank you!! :goodvibes

I've had Timmies Apple and Cinnamon tea and I thought it was really good. :thumbsup2 I found it to have a real apple taste. You can also buy the tea bags to take home. :)

I LOVE Strawberry Tea (Pickwick--hard to find,,,also makes Mango, yum!) Walters Bay & Co. makes a Strawberry Tea. And Bigelow's Blueberry Harvest is delicious!

Not sure where you live but there is a Tea Shop in London,Ontario. It's upstairs in the Covent Garden Market. They sell the loose tea, hundreds of different varieties.

You might try Twinnings Peach and Passion fruit. If you want to try a nice dessert tea, Celestial seasonings makes "English Toffee", and "Vanilla Hazelnut". They're nice for wintertime. CS also makes Cherry Berry which is one of my favourites.

My two favourite teas are from Starbucks.

There is "Zen" which is a mix of green tea and peppermint tea. And, there is "Passion"... it is fruity, you should try it!

The great thing about Starbucks is that you can buy just a cup before you buy a box. The tea is $1.66... the box is $6.95.

Thank you for the recommendation! I picked up a box of apple and cinnamon, and raspberry! :thumbsup2

Hope you enjoy them!!! :wave2: :teeth:

If you live in or near Mississauga there is a tea shop at Erin Mills Town Centre. They sell loose leaf tea in many, many varieties. I would guess about 20 different types. It is sold by weight so you can purchase a small amount to try. Also, they have quite a few varieties that they brew in-store so you can try before you buy.

The store is on the lower level near the Flight Centre.

I live near Erin Mills TC and find Teaopia WAY too expensive. I love loose tea...fruity tea in the summer and minty teas in the winter.

If you ever find yourself in Elora....visit the Elora General Store for loose tea. The prices are awesome and the tea is incredible. The best fruity tea they have is called Summer Berry. YUM! There is a lovely little cafe at the back of the shop called Dragonfly. You can order a pot of the General Stores loose tea for pennies! We get the Tea for Four and the pot costs under $4.00 ~ you get about 8-10 cups of tea.

I love tea! I drink it all day! I like decaf Chai Tea a lot these days. I also make my own apple tea....everyone loves it in the winter!

Here is my secret:

Apple Juice
Cinnamon sticks
Whole Cloves
All Spice

Combine to taste and simmer for at least 45 minutes. I add water after a while due to evaporation. It's a great Christmas time tea. YUM!

Blessings, Sandra

Try and avoid anything that has Hibiscus as the first ingredient - it will dominate (and some people find it doesn't agree with them) and bulk out the bags.

I don't have any specific recommendations, other than you get what you pay for!
