OT: realtor in Orlando?

I've finally convinced my in-laws to move away from Orlando to be close to the grandkids in Texas . We will miss the easy access to WDW , but will still make trips there often. Does anyone know a realtor I could use to help them sell their small house in an "active adult" community in Davenport? I'd greatly appreciate a PM if you do. thanks.
