OT: ? re: non-disney areas

My sister and her hubby are going to Orlando in August, and for the sake of my sister, my BIL is going to WDW (he is NOT into Disney at all). They will venture over to USO & IOA for a day or two, but his max at Disney is 2 days. My sister wants to find something for him to do. I recommended Richard Petty's driving experience, but I know that he will want the ultimate package, and my sister isn't willing to pay $1200 for the experience.
Anyways, I said I would try to find something for them to do there that he may enjoy. The best way to describe him is as a "real man's man", a real hard a**. Yet, he is willing to go to WDW for my sister to go (so, in a way, real sweet). I also recommended a fishing excursion - there are a couple from Tampa.
Does anybody have any other ideas?
