OT: Postcards from all 50 states

I think it's the postmark, I have never done it but have sent postcards to other kids doing same. It's the point of mailing, I think.

Does anyone know if she needs the postcard or the postmark on a postcard? I went to get one and found five (quess I DO overshop) that had interesting pictures about Louisiana. Came home with the ldea of putting them all in an envelope and mailing them to her. DH says I'm missing the point, it's a postmarked postcard that's needed. I don't know the rules. Can anyone help?

I just checked with Summer and her Mom and they are not picky. She said a postcard from the state or a postcard with the state postmark is fine. You can do whatever you like.

My 7yo DDwould love to send a postcard from Maine. Now she can't wait to go pick one out. I see a trip to Wal-Mart in my future tomorrow. If you PM us the address we will send it out. If you don't get WV we might be able to do that one too. Just let us know soon(before Grammy goes there for vacation).

Would your niece be interested in a postcard from outside the US? I'm from Guatemala (and since I've been asked before, Guatemala is south of Mexico) and would love to send her one or like Sarah's Mom, several in an envelope and since I'm new here, I assume PM is Private Message? don't know how to send/get one but will find out!
