OT perhaps-but need place to find a graphic!

My husband is doing t-shirts for some friends, but they wanted a "Route" sign on the shirt & although he has a lot of graphics, he does not have a Route sign where he can place a number if inside. (they want Route 15 inside the sign!) I am referring to a sign that looks like the "infamous" "Route 66". Anyone know a website he can get clipart or something similar, that he can change the numbers inside? Thanks for any help! Deb
