OT-Pellet Stoves

Okay, way OT, but the cost of oil is getting so expensive, that we are looking into buying a pellet stove. We have to try to save money, so we can still go to Disney, right?! Wondering if anyone has a pellet stove and what brand? We have looked at Harman stoves and talked w/ people about Lopi. I have also read that Quadra-Fire is a good company. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

We had a Harman stove in our old house and LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!

Plan on putting one in our new house, too. Hopefully next year.

I'm not sure what pellets cost these days, but it was SO convenient, clean & warm. Just put the pellets in and it was good to go for 24 hours!

we had a harman in our last home "loved it"
this house we put a quadrafire in down stairs because it was a great deal "totally hate it", its super loud
we just put a harman in upstairs and love it lol
we live in Canada and it got to -50 this year for a few weeks
our gas bill went from $138 a month to $75(ish) even with how cold it was
