Aaargh - I'm being driven mad trying to work out how many dollars to get. Usually, I take minimal and just use my card, but as tipping is such a big thing in the US, I suspect I'll need more cash.

Post Office have a great rate online, but they insist on you ordering £350 minimum and I'm not convinced I need that much, especially as I get dollars from work for the Seattle portion of the trip.
