My daugher saw pictures of the Alligator Bayou rooms and that was it, that is where she wanted to stay (no idea why) oh and you can rent bikes, she liked the surrroundings better and the pool likes nicer.

You will have to let me know how you get on with the Eurostar. I go on the 1st so i am hoping it may well be sorted by then. Are they advising on checking in earlier??
I am just thinking that if they are it might be an idea for me to book a room in the Travelodge, otherwise i am going to have to leave here at stupid 0' clock.

I was advised to check it at normal time. We always leave at Stupid 0 Clock and i live 30mins away from Ashford. I would allow extra time for travelling because of Operation Stack on the M20. I think that will be in place untill the tunnel is fully open.

I think the tunnel is going to be closed for a few weeks according to the news today.

Awww why thanks....no sadly I keep breaking my Tigger mugs or they get chiped and then I have to use then as flower pots or pen holders
