7 of us flew through Heathrow last summer on a 7 day trip to DLP - our suitcases arrived on the last day - 2 never turned up ever

I notice some things in common here - BA flight, Heathrow airport, Terminal 4...

I think I might pack some stuff into my hand luggage to be safe

Our problem was it was July and we had a terminal transfer and only 90 minutes in between flights all added up to disaster

My brother works in lost luggage for BA - its a lot better now and if it does go missing I can give you his special hotline number!
