If anybody has any bridalwear links could you let me know? I'm finding it hard to locate any... Especially ones that will do dresses in colours that aren't white/ivory, etc??

My sister got hers from bridal section in Monsoon, she had a burgandy bodice & white or ivory skirt. I can't remember off the top of my head:rotfl2:

Monsoon don't seem to have much bridalwear in at the moment.... :confused3 Shame as I've seen some things in there in the past that would have been perfect...

Perhaps they will have more in after Christmas. I love Monsoon clothes.

Keep an eye out as my sister got married in December & got her outfit in the October (she is not the most organised person) Having said that it was 5 years ago

Evening all. Just trying to catch up. Bob, have you tried 'preloved' dresses? You could get a real designer bargain and have it customised. I know someone who did this and got some fancy big name dress for a few hundred pounds. I know some brides wouldn't want this but it wouldn't have bothered me.

Emma, I'd love to see a pic of the pins you got. I collect Minnie pins too (plus Tink and ride/park pins.)

I do too........ I wish I could afford them for everyday wear!

I'm a hyper planning freak, so I don't think I could leave it that long!!

Normally I wouldn't mind something pre loved, but I'm not into Designer Labels anyway. Plus, my wedding dress is about the only 'special' item of clothing I'll ever buy- I won't spend too much money on my own clothes because I think its a waste. But this day I want something special that is literally just for me.... :lovestruc Having said that, with how indecisive I am I'll probs wind up going up the aisle in a bin bag!!!

Believe me if it wasn't for my mum & dad stepping & insisting things got done, they wouldn't have been a venue to get married in:lmao:

I try to keep to the pins that mean something (favourite ride, hotel we've stayed in etc.,) but I'm leaning more to collecting others as well - think it may be Tigger ones!

Oh and have those bunnies had huggles off me today? :goodvibes

They have.... I feel guilty though because I've had to put some flea drops on them today (I decided better safe than sorry) and I don't like it at all because it's made their fur greasy a little (It will do apparantly until its absorbed....).... I think they're in a strop with me because of it!! I just want them safe and well and happy..... :sad1: See, I'm sat here worrying and there's nothing to worry about!!

Sounds like Robert's style of wedding planning!

Bob xoxoxox

I tried so many different styles before I decided. I had no idea what suited me but knew that there were areas I didn't want displayed - upper arms and tummy - so when I found a dress that disguised these and a flattering colour, I was sold.;)
