OT - pants for kids with adjustable waist-bands

Hi all,

In need of kids pants that have adjustable waist-bands in size boys 8 (or 9)and girls 5 or 6. I believe gymboree, Old Navy and Target sell them, but does anybody know of any other stores? Thanks alot!

I have also bought my 3 boys these pants at Sears, Penneys and Walmart. They are not too hard to find around here and are wonderful for my small boys with small waists.

I bought Oshkosh jeans with the adjustable waist bands from Costco for DS.

I've bought trousers from Gap with adjustable waists. They've been necessary for my elder son since he came out of nappies and all his trousers fell down!

I've bought them for my DD7 at Kohl's Target, and online at Lands' End. They make fitting her so much easier.

We just bought size 5 slims at Kohls with the adjustable wasteband. They were "Lee" brand, they also had Levi's and some other ones! My boy is skinny and without the adjustable waste, they just fall off!

My older DD is very skinny and I usually buy her the children's place pants because they have the adjustable waist and come in slim sizes.

Old Navy and they also sell slims as does Lands End. I also get my kids jeans from The Childrens Place (you can only order slim online).

About a year ago these were impossible to find - I think Levis had just started making them. But now it seems like they all do. The Disney store has them, Kohls, Target, Walmart, The Childrens Place, Gymboree, I can't think of any others off the top of my head....but I haven't had any problems finding them in the last year or so.

They have them in one of the brands that KMart sells, I've gotten them for DS.

I buy Land's End, Levis and Gap adjustable waist pants for DS because not only can they be pulled in, but they are also tend to be a slimmer fit. There are some brands (like Children's Place) that I could pull in a whole bunch but he still looks silly because of all the extra material.

I've gotten DS11 adjustable waist jeans at Walmart. He wears a size 8-10 usually. He's tiny.

Try Target as well - they do Cherokee brand, and in the UK this sells in one of our supermarkets (Tesco). I've bought Cherokee trousers and shorts with adjustable waists.

Meijers, Target, Wal-Mart, KMart, Sam's Club, TJ Max............I buy these for my ds's all the time.........they are a great invention!!!
