Went straight off to sleep last night, but I'm still feeling tired this morning (not quite as bad as yesterday though).

I survived my blood test today, the nurse was very good. I didn't even know she had done it

Evening everyone.

Had a stressful day today, my mum had a really bad panic attack at work and her manager took her to the doctors after picking me up as they was too scared to leave her at home alone, where in the doctors she suffered 3 more panic attacks and had to be put in a wheelchair and moved to another room to wait for the doctor. It was very very scary as I don't cope in them situations well ( I just wanted to cry to be honest). Luckily they got my mum to calm down and breathe again, they gave her some medication and i have spent the day at home looking after her.

It really freaked me out, when my mum had these when i lived at home i used to hide in my room and let my bro and dad help my mum. So it was hard having to deal with it today and try and stay strong without freaking out and upsetting my mum or Kyra.

Afternoon all,

I have just been into town and popped into the Travel agents. They had the new DLP brochure for next year so i grabbed one. It's fab!!!

Found out my mums blood pressure is so high shes on the on the verge of a strock or heart attack. Rather worried about her now. Hopefully the medication can bring her blood pressure down or otherwise she will have to go hospital.

Oh no, sorry to hear that. My dads BP shot up so high that they he was rushed into hospital as they thought he was having a stroke. Luckily with medication, diet changes and stopping smoking, it's now maintained within normal parameters and he's able to do pretty much everything again. Keeping everything crossed that the meds work for your mum xx

Yeah i am, though i will try and block it out because if i start to worry i will get upset and then my mum will get upset that i'm upset....vicious circle.
