Sorry to hear about the problems you've been having, what a nightmare! I can't understand how they don't know what the £1 charge is for.

Just a thought- have you used Paypal recently? I've heard about people being charged a handling fee for processing payments when using certain card types.

I don't know why they can't see what it is either

No haven't used Paypal at all. It's very worrying.

Evening everyone! Does anyone know when UP will be released on DVD?? Tried to search it but can only find the release date for USA

I am pretty sure the computer is fine, been using Avast and Ad-Aware for ages. I have been using my credit card for online transactions no problem at all.(not that i use it that much)

I don't use my debit card for any online/phone transactions anymore since i had the problem with the 02 prepay thing. I only use it in shops and ATM's and have done since September.

Avast is pretty good but there is a type of malware that is undetectable by conventional means. Microsoft provide a tool for finding what are called rootkits. They are software packages that are so embedded into windows, they can hide themselves from everything, even Windows itself.

The tool is rootkitrevealer, it's free, doesn't need installing, just runs and tells you if there is anything to be concerned about. It's from Microsoft so you can trust it does what it says on the tin, if you decide to run it and are unsure what the output means then feel free to PM me with a screenshot of the results.

Our cinema release in the UK was much later than in the USA so I think it will be later. Sadly since the Netherlands are showing the release as 20/1/10 I think our region 2 release will be after Christmas

They interact with each other and if you have all the funsets (and have spent all the money) they ride the surfboard and drive the car and run around the house etc etc. But yes they are also cleaner!
