I think we need to assign someone, either Lynnie or Ed, to be in charge of land aquisition. You have to do what Walt did, buy the land in large chunks without letting anyone know what you are planning to do.
Then you will develop the land into a little community. We all will move there, one by one. It must have a large community hall for our nightly pin meets, and maybe some of us who are characters already can be the characters that attend our meets.
Since we all plan on moving down there within the next 10 years it would be a great plan, and we know how much our homes would get in resale, as long as we all continue to bring the little children into pin trading. Those kids will be begging us to sell our homes to them, we can make out like bandits.
We have to name our community like Walt did... PINS: Pin Individuals Noticibly Spending.
Hope your move happens and as Lynnie said, you will love it. I am jealous, but will be joining you in about 4 years from now. Peggie
