Ot, New Problem Canadian Cm's Help?

We purchased a shirt and hat at downtown disney for my brother-in-law and just found when we went to wrap it that they left the ink tank on the shirt. Can we go to the disney stores here to have it removed or is there somewhere else we can go? We have the receipt for it, so there shouldn't be a problem there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

It's worth a try! However, I bought a shirt for husband in Buffalo once and when I got home, same problem - the ink tag was still on. I called their customer service to see if I could just go to any store here and explain situation and see if they could remove, but they said that their removers were unique to them! I had to mail it back to them for removal! Good Luck. Hopefully the stores here will be able to help!

I had that happen with a bra I bought in the US (Buffalo), we got home and noticed they left the ink tag on. My sister just brought it to the mall with her one day, and stopped in a few stores, explained the situation, and one store matched the tag, so they had no problem taking it off for her. Ask around, you never know.

That is what I was going to suggest. My DD bought her prom dress in the States, and they didn't take the thingy off. She went to the mall. It took a lot of asking, but they finally found a store with the proper machine. Good luck!
