Sorry for posting this, but I need some good advice. We love Disney, and go pretty much every year to every other year, but next year we want to go somewhere different for our semi annual holiday.
We are looking for suggestions (we went to a travel agency today and they were USELESS!!!). We want to go somewhere either end of August or Mid December - doesn't have to be a hot destination, but nowhere too cold either. We have 9 days, 8 nights. We talked about Japan, but fear that the plane ride will take up WAY too much time. We talked about an Alaskan cruise, but personally, I get a little sea sick and don't know if I would be able to handle it, despite a large dose of dramamine. We talked about the Canadian East coast too....but again, being Canadian, it seems too close to home for me and I want something a little more than that.
We plan on a European tour in 2010, so that's out. I know that's not a lot of days, but in May we are going to Puerto Rico, so we are already using half of our holidays. We have no children, so don't need anything family oriented. We are adventurous too but like relaxation at the same time....Any suggestions? Thanks - Joline
