OT: Need Info on 10 4 phone service

My husband is thinking of joining up with a cell phone plan called 10 4. I'm not familiar with it and was hoping some of you might know more about it. It seems it's unlimited talking but only with those who are joined up to it. But I'm not sure. Anyone know what it's about? Good or bad.

We have the BEll 10/4 system on our phones it is awesome. It works on voice over IP unlike the repeater style system that Telus and MIKE work on. In may we left one of the phones with my mother in London and took teh other with us and just 2 wayed her at night it was free and crystal clear. You won't ber sorry with the addition it is great and you can have up to 5 people on your 10/4 system to contact it is a 15 dollar a month addition to the cell bill but well worth it.

Is it only good in Canada or can we use it in WDW too? You mentioned London but I'm not sure which London you mean.

We were at WDW and my mom was at her house in London Ont and the reception was perfect and it was easier than phoning.
