I'm just fed up because my mother and little brother have gone out with my aunt and uncle, and they never even asked if I wanted to go with them (Its nothing exclusive or private or anything- They're going to a steam railway). My brother asked last night and my mother nearly bit his head off and yelled: "NO! THEY AREN'T COMING!".... And never even tried to ask us. Its not the first time this has happened- She does it a lot and they all go out and leave me here. I just feel a bit hurt because Roberts family doesn't exactly welcome me with open arms, and now my own doesn't want me either.......................

I know how you feel hun, since my brother got engaged his gf has moved into my parents its like i never get invited to much stuff anymore. Maybe you could speak to you mum about it and tell her how you feel?

sounds a lovely and happy evening, in more ways than one....

bob - re weddings, stuff everyone lol the wedding is for u n robert to celebrate ur love, and ur entitled to do it any way u want!! what u plan sounds lovely - its not my sort of colours.... b ut its not my wedding, and i know that it will be beautiful and ull look gorgeous (and tbf i cudnt imagine u in a big white merangue!!!!). just remind ppl that its ur day, and ull do what u want, and they can either like it and come, or not like it and stay away - u want ppl coming that want to celebrate with u!!!

must say tho - that treehouse................ am jealous on that bit!!!

my wedding seems like forever ago, but one thing we have done since the kids..... the church we got married in, we got both boys christened in, and the hotel where we had our wedding reception is where we had the party after both boys christenings..... made it all feel linked unforuntely each one was done with a diff minister (but all at same united reform church!)

right - hoping for a lazy day, and hope everyone elses days are good too (and is it me, or is the weather all hot n nasty, but without the sunshine???? )

I can understand this. When my brothers here its just alll about him, I dont get consulted on anything. Alto the most of the time its the other way round.. my mum gets up set if we go out without her.........

Maybe she thinks you'd rather stay and have time with Robert on your own. I think it's a tricky balancing the relationships. I'm very close to my mum and as it was just the two of us we spend alot of time together but when Mr.tigger moved in that changed and i was then upseting her by not spending time with her but then i'd upset Mr.tigger by not spending enough time with him
